Randstad Education currently require enthusiastic, experienced child care workers from the Eastern and Western suburbs for casual on call relief work.
Randstad Education are looking for people who want to work in the area they live, who are looking for flexibility and a work/life balance.
Randstad Education are looking for people who have experience working in centre based care with a strong understanding of child care policies and procedures.
You will have experience working in Baby, Toddler and Kindy rooms with a good understanding of child development and sound behaviour management skills, where you utilise strategies that are appropriate for each child and age group, within the realms of each centre\'s Behaviour Management Policy.
You will need to be confident and be able to use initiative, to get in and get the job done, providing much needed support to staff.
Most importantly you will have a natural rapport with children, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
