SRA Information Technology is a developer of information management solutions for corporate and government organisations around Australia. We nurture an ongoing dialogue with our customers in order to fully understand their needs before applying our range of analytical and technical skills to create comprehensive and robust solutions.
SRA Corporate Sustainability Solutions develops and supports the award winning environmental information management application EnviroSys. EnviroSys is an enterprise-wide solution to corporate reporting and data management requirements in the areas of greenhouse gas emissions and carbon monitoring, energy consumption, water use and quality and general environmental monitoring, including the Australian National Pollutant Inventory regulations.
We employ over 80 people from our offices in Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin, Perth, and Singapore and service clients throughout Australia and overseas. The Corporate Manager is a newly created position reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for consolidating and strengthening our internal Corporate Service Division. The successful applicant will command a six figure salary and will be a qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant. The candidate\'s core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing accounting and budgeting functions including the provision of timely and useful management reports and statutory accounts. An understanding of tax, particularly concerning R&D will be desirable.
- Liaising with external accountants, lawyers, insurers and bankers.
- Ensuring human resource management services are managed properly.
- Ensuring all non-financial compliance obligations of SRA are addressed, including, but not limited to, OH&S, ABS and work place requirements.
- Ensuring processes are in place to maintain and review corporate and operational policies, standards and procedures.
- Ensuring process are in place to promote compliance with SRA policies, standards and procedures.
We are seeking someone who wishes to grow with our organisation and who is sufficiently flexible, innovative and commercially astute to feel comfortable working closely with the CEO and executive. The successful candidate may work out of either Adelaide or Darwin and must be prepared to undertake some travel.
